Having a baby can be a very exciting time in your life. Starting out as new

classes prepare you for the birth of your baby and what to expect in the initial stages.
Our new "Baby's first year" course will guide you through the stages of your baby's first year.
You will learn about the physical care and also about how your baby will develop
and what to expect with each month that passes.
Our personal development courses are run for teenagers starting out in life.
They are also run for adults who wish to learn skills to build confidence and self esteem. Learn
how to take control of negative thinking and give yourself peace of mind. Understand how to set
goals, achieve in any area of your life, sports, exams, interviews etc. Developed by a
